Coester Valuation Management Services (CoesterVMS) was, at one point, among the largest appraisal management companies in the United States, working with major lenders and institutions nationwide. This exposure to high-volume valuation, compliance, and lending standards continues to shape how we approach accuracy, transparency, and professionalism today.

In addition, Brian’s brother, John Coester, is the owner of one of the largest title companies serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. This close alignment with the title and settlement side of the industry further strengthens our understanding of contracts, risk management, and smooth closings.
